Probe II ROV by Michael Thompson

Probe II is an ROV, or Remotely Operated Vehicle. It is
remotely controlled by an operator at a remote location. It
features a combination of DTMF and RC controllers, and
transmits video from it's pan and tilt video camera back to the
operator using a 2.4 Ghz link.
Probe II is nearing completion of the first phase of the Probe
Project, which is the vehicle development stage. Phase 2
begins when the vehicle can be used on a regular basis as a
development platform for more advanced systems.
Ultimately, Probes will carry telemetry to monitor vehicle systems,
a weather station, and will carry out "missions"
lasting several days or longer in adverse weather conditions.
