Ordering/Quotation Process Overview
- Read our policy and understand how we do things.
- Fill out the order/quote form.
- We email you a confirmation for your approval.
- You reply with confirmation or changes until we both agree.
It's not an order until you confirm.
- We will await your payment before processing the order.
Delivery Time
Our delivery times vary along with component availability and other business factors.
Your order confirmation will have a delivery time estimate listed.
You will be notified if there are delays in shipping and you will be given
the option of canceling or proceeding with your order.
Shipping Methods
We use UPS whenever possible, but can also use the US Post Office,
and various other independent carriers.
Shipping charges will be added to your order total.
Payment
You can pay for your purchase using:
We do not sell our products on open account (Net 30 days, etc) in
order to keep costs low and eliminate collections.
We pass these savings on to you by providing
cost-effective products and customer service you can rely on.
All payments must be made in US funds.
Credit Card Charges
On orders with a lead time less than 2 weeks, we will charge your credit card immediately.

Taxes
If your shipping address is in Texas USA, we will add 6.75% to your order
for state sales tax.
You, the customer are responsible for any taxes, duties, or fees that your government or state imposes.
Please do not ask us to falsify shipping information.
International Orders
We DO accept orders from countries other than the US. Please fill out the
secure order form so we can calculate shipping and handling charges. The customer is
responsible for all duties and taxes. The best way to pay for an international
order is Credit Card or wire transfer. All payments must be in US funds.

We offer technical support for our products both before and after the sale.

Returns
We have a 10-day, no-nonsense return policy.
If you are not pleased with the products, simply repackage it using the supplied packaging material and
return it for a full refund excluding any shipping charges. This must be done within
10 days and the products must be in new condition when received by us and in original
packaging materials. See the warranty section below for our shipping address and
additional information.
Please do not abuse this policy by purchasing products that you intend to return.
Privacy
We do not reveal customer information to any individual, vendor, company,
direct marketer, trade group or other external organization unless we have
been authorized by the customer, or are required by law. We maintain
control over the confidentiality of our customer information.
Repairs
We offer repair services for our products. If the product is out of warranty, please

to receive a repair estimate.
Please include the product name and a description of the problem.
Often we can fix a problem by simply sending a replacement part.

Shipping Damage
If the product is damaged upon arrival, you must contact us within 5 days so we can make a claim to the shipping company.
Failing to do this will void your warranty service and limit any claims.
Limited Liability Statement
Arrick Robotics shall not be held liable for any incidental, consequential, or direct
damages or expenses associated with the use or misuse of its products. Arrick Robotics does
not guarantee that any of its products are designed for any particular use or purpose.
The entire risk of suitability and performance of all products lies with the user. Products
manufactured and/or sold by Arrick Robotics are not authorized for use as critical
components in devices used in life support and other systems whose failure or performance
could result in compromised safety or danger to life or property.
Warranty Statement
Arrick Robotics warrantees our products to be in good working order for a period of
one (1) year from the date of purchase. Should the products fail to be in good
working order at any time during this period, Arrick Robotics will, at its option,
repair or replace the product at no additional charge except as set forth below. This limited
warranty does not include service to repair damage to products resulting from accident,
disaster, misuse, abuse, or modification of the product. To obtain warranty service, send
the product along with proof of purchase in its original packaging to:

You agree to prepay shipping charges and to insure the product or assume the risk of loss
or damage in transit. All express or implied warranties for this product including the
warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose are limited in duration
to a period of one (1) year from the date of purchase, and no warranties, whether
expressed or implied, will apply after this period.
If the products are not in good working order as warranted above, your sole remedy shall be
repair or replacement as provided above. In no event will Arrick Robotics be
liable to you for damages, including any lost profits, lost savings or other incidental or
consequential damages arising out of the use of or inability to use this product.
Some states do not allow limitations on how long an implied warranty lasts, so the above
limitations may not apply to you. Some states do not allow the exclusion or limitation of
incidental or consequential damages for consumer products, so the above limitations may not
apply to you. This warranty gives you specific legal rights and you may also have
other rights which may vary from state to state.
Important Note About Shipping Charges
In the event of a warranty repair the customer must pay shipping charges to us and we will
pay shipping charges back to the customer. We limit our payment of shipping
charges to that of UPS ground inside the continental US. The customer is responsible for any
shipping charges exceeding that amount. The customer is responsible for all
shipping charges on out of warranty repairs.
